The area has grown and changed in many ways since my childhood, but it still has the quality of lifestyle that I want for my family. That is why my husband, Tommy, and I have chosen to raise our two young daughters here.”

Theresa received her Bachelors of Science degree from Guilford College in 1986, and after several years in the bank consulting field, chose to begin her career in real estate in 1992. She is a member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors® Association, the North Carolina Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. She is also a panel member of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee of the Greensboro Regional Realtors® Association.

She received the “Standard of Excellence” award in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999. She also received the “Circle of Excellence” award from the Greensboro Merchants Association in 1996.
